COURT MANDATORY CITATIONS

If you are charged with any of the violations listed below, you CAN only pay your fines after your initial court date.  You MUST appear at the City Court of Zachary on your court date for your arraignment, where you will enter a guilty or not guilty plea.

If you plead not guilty to a violation, the Court will set a date for your trial.  The Court may request witnesses to testify on your behalf.  To do so, you must submit the names and addresses of the witnesses to the Clerk of Court at least fifteen (15) days before your trial.
